Refund Policy

We offer a free trial period to new users, so users can evaluate the service before being charged. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing.
Free Trial
New users may receive a free trial period of 7 days, this applies to both the subscription product and the one-off purchase three months access product. You will not be charged during the trial period.
You may cancel your subscription, or one-off purchase, at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, your selected subscription or one-off purchase will begin automatically at the price shown at checkout.
Pricing currency will be displayed at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees.
Subscription Charges
All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.
Global Refund Policy
Unless required by applicable law, all Transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please see country specific rules below for further details.
We encourage users to use the free trial period to evaluate the service before purchasing.
Nothing in this refund policy limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Country-Specific Rules
Where local consumer protection laws grant unconditional “withdrawal” rights, those rights apply.
European Union / EEA / Switzerland / United Kingdom
- Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from some digital content and service contracts and receive a full refund.
- The right to withdraw applies to one-off purchases and to the first payment under a Subscription contract. It does not apply to subsequent Subscription payments, except in the circumstances pertaining to annual subscriptions, as described in section 3 below. If a Subscription includes a free trial period, then, as soon as that free trial period ends, you will again have a period of 14 calendar days to exercise your right to withdraw.
- Section 3: If you completed a Transaction in the UK and have an annual Subscription, you will have a new period of 14 calendar days to exercise your right to withdraw starting the day the Subscription auto-renews for another year.
- The right to withdraw does not apply to the supply of digital content Products that have started to be downloaded, streamed or otherwise used, when you have given express consent to waive your withdrawal rights.
- To exercise this right, you must request a refund within 14 days from the date of the Transaction (see “Request a Refund” section below).
Turkey / Israel
- Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from some digital content and service contracts and receive a full refund.
- To exercise this right, you must request a refund within 14 days from the date of the Transaction (see “Request a Refund” section below).
South Korea / Brazil / China
- Consumers have a 7-day unconditional right to cancel digital content or service contracts after delivery and receive a full refund.
- To exercise this right, you must request a refund within 7 days from the date of the Transaction (see “Request a Refund” section below).
Canada
Singapore
- Consumers have a 5-day unconditional right to cancel digital content or services after delivery or first access and receive a full refund.
- To exercise this right, you must request a refund within 5 days from the date of the Transaction (see “Request a Refund” section below).
Discretionary Refunds
We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in limited cases including:
- duplicate charges
- technical billing errors
- accidental renewals reported promptly
Discretionary refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the charge date.
Submission of a request within this 48 hours period does not guarantee a refund.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may consider relevant factors including the reason for the request and usage or consumption. We may approve a refund in full, approve a partial refund, or decline the request.
Any discretionary refund granted by us is voluntary and does not create an obligation to provide refunds in the future, including for similar requests.
Our decision to issue (or not issue) a refund does not waive any rights or remedies we may have under applicable agreements or law.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, or by contacting us here: info@humijin.com
Cancellation prevents future renewals, but does not provide refunds for:
- current billing periods
- partially used subscription periods
- unused time remaining on a subscription
After cancellation, access will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
Updates to this Policy
- We may update this Policy from time to time.
- The version in effect at the time of your Transaction governs that transaction. We recommend saving or printing a copy for your records.
Abuse & Fraud
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:
- abuse of the free trial system
- repeated refund requests
- fraudulent activity
- violations of our Terms of Service
Paddle
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as Merchant of record for all purchases. Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and Paddles buyer terms.The information presented here on Paddle forms part of, and should be read together with, our Term & Conditions.
